The official media of the Church are the original documents released by the Church itself.

[the pope told the bishops (USA) that months or even years go into producing documents and what gets reported by the media “is one line” or that “the pope didn’t have the courage to change the rules of the Church.”]

Well, that’s the mainstream media for you.

What the general media is doing, especially the secular media, is give people processed food. If they are not showing you a live event or a full original document then you are dealing with processed food, you are dealing with “photoshopped” news. When they report or comment on something that is equivalent to processing food.

One will do well to look as much as possible for organic food. So, when the Church releases a document you’ll do well by making time to read the original text itself instead of relying on the photoshopped version of the second hand media.

Very few media outlets will report or make commentary and at the end attach the original and full document or link to a full speech or event.

The original document is media enough itself.
